Work you’ll do:
- Supports the execution for optimizing marketing technology including processes and aligning resources required to support adoption
- Acts as an internal SME on technical and infrastructure topics related to marketing technology informing technology roadmaps working alongside product owners to coordinate key enhancements and improvements to new or existing platforms.
- Responsible for assisting leadership in determining priority of work by providing key insights on value, scope, and resourcing needs
- Supporting program management of strategic projects including orchestrating discovery, scoping, and implementation for complex cross-platform MarTech projects
- Partner with CMG Digital Office on technology implementation and execution, including business requirements gathering to define technical architecture for customer experience and marketing data solutions
- Identifies opportunities to innovate using technology to improve processes and expand capabilities that allow Deloitte to market in more meaningful ways to clients/prospects while supporting the ME Innovation Council.
- Liaise with the Demand Gen team to address technology needs, ensuring connectivity between MarTech and SalesTech stacks

- An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change.
- Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy
- Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your Coachees to expand their own network and broaden their understanding of the organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Technology, or related discipline
- 8 years of experience including extensive knowledge of marketing technology implementation
- Proven experience driving marketing transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
- Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm (B to B experience a plus)
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are a plus
- Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88600 to $181900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
