Work you’ll do
As a Product Development Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing the product backlog for a product, prioritizing requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project. You’ll also be tasked with:
- Providing operational support to practitioners and firm clients. Configures MS ADO features in production and non-production environments. Engages with various ITS organizations to resolve problems as they arise.
- Collaborating with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the key technological infrastructures that will host the new business functionality
- Creating documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, wireframes and newsletters.
- Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience
- 1-2 year of related experience in related field.
- 1-3 years of RPA experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited Immigration sponsorship may be available

- Advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills required.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Basic client interaction skills
- Working knowledge of analytics, data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications

- Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe and manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job
- Familiarity with agile project methodology
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $110,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
