Deloitte is seeking a candidate to support our federal client’s ability to build modern applications leveraging the agile methodology framework to achieve success. In this role, the IT Project Manager (IT PM) will:Work you’ll do
- Support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions to the development of functional requirements.
- Engage with anticipated end-users, to understand the analysts' current business processes and pain points.
- Document how the custom analytic application will address the analysts' pain points and deliver value to the analysts by creating artifacts such as process flows that are defined for the team.
- Help the government prioritize requirements and develop a consensus about the functionality that will be delivered in the Minimal Viable Product (MVP).
- Assist the technical development team, by helping the technical team lead develops Jira tickets and will support functional testing of the application and delivery to the end users.
- Lead the Project Team through sprint ceremonies and ensuring the project provides working software towards the Client's goals and objectives, essentially applying techniques toward schedule and performance aspects of project management.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience working with RMF and NIST 800-53
- Experience working with GRC applications
- Ability to provide clients with strategic direction to help them improve risk management processes/procedures
- Experience analyzing new and complex project related problems and creating innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Experience preparing long and short-term plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities
- Experience leading teams on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , CEH, CISSP)
