Work you’ll do
- Background: The government agency is modernizing and leveraging cloud technologies to improve the delivery of agency services while also enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. As part of the effort, the government agency’s OCIO is establishing a combined cyber and network vendor supported services contract. The integrated team will provide one common approach to networking and security services. This requirement will be administered centrally to directly support ITOS and Cybersecurity Divisions.
- Description:
- Respond to customer support requests through tickets, phone calls and emails. Act as escalation support for EOC and work effectively with other technical groups for troubleshooting
- Document request resolutions, ensure adherence to processes related to closing out tickets and troubleshooting actions, build knowledgebase of the group
- Respond to trouble ticket escalations to meet SLA requirements

Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years’ experience with incidence response team and managing SLA requirements on trouble tickets
- 1 year of history of successfully leading an incident response team in and enterprise environment.
- Skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams, strong written and verbal skills, team focused, strong understanding of Office 365 and Windows Server
- High School diploma/ GED required
- Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required for all roles
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
