Work you’ll do 

As a Project Delivery Specialist II in the Technology group you will:

• Apply best practices in functional areas related to Implementation and Operations Management
• Maintain ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams while providing instructional guidance to more junior professionals
• Provide expertise on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software Application Development and Maintenance
• Perform analysis to diagnose client issues as well as the assessment of client issue analyses performed by more junior personnel
• Execute a portion of the project scope, and provide strong subject matter expertise to the tasks or workstreams you support
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• 5 Years experience as a scrum master in IT system development projects on a system with over 5,000 users, a multi-year (2 years) project, involving multiple concurrent sprint teams, and with multiple iterations/production releases.
• 3 Years experience as a scrum master in IT system integration projects on a system with over 5,000 users, a multi-year (2 years) project, involving multiple concurrent sprint teams, and with multiple iterations/production releases.
• 2 Years experience in leading geographically distributed virtual teams with at least 10 team members.
• 4 Years experience in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 3 Years experience working within an Agile or Hybrid Agile development project.
• Certification - *Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). *Must provide copy of certification.
• Certification - *Certified Scrum Master (CSM). *Must provide copy of certification.
• Certification - *SAFe Agilist certification. *Must provide copy of certification.

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or government consulting experience
