Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Manager in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology project software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Manage information technology project test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers.; Work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
The position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, managing activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope, utilizing Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Researching user-reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), MS TFS, and Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT);
• Overseeing technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing MS Visio, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams;
• Reviewing Integration Testing, System Acceptance Testing, Load Testing, User Acceptance (UAT) and Automation testing, Browser Compatibility Testing, ADA Compliance Testing, and Performance Testing for public sector solutions;
• Managing test scripts, plans, and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing Microsoft TFS, Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), TopTeam, and Compliance Sheriff tools;
• Creating and developing test case reports and documenting use and test cases for MTM, TFS, and Micro Focus ALM with test scenarios;
• Performing and overseeing testing across custom-developed solutions, including Public Sector Eligibility, Child Care, Child Welfare, and Provider Management based solutions and large-scale package implementations, utilizing Cloud, MS .NET, Java, Salesforce, and Pega solutions; and
• Coordinating and performing testing for systems implementations in multiple industries, including Government and Public Sector.
