Work You’ll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Architect enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advise clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures. Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences to create sustaining competitive advantage while leveraging emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Providing support in developing and documenting internal business processes and metrics consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence;
• Analyzing financial and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization, utilizing MS Excel and Word Reports;
• Participating in client workshop sessions, capturing business requirements, creating high-level design (HLD) documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Process Modeling, MS PowerPoint and Excel, and Stakeholder Interviews;
• Working across all phases of the Product Life Cycle and Business Process Improvement for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Modeling, designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; and
• Performing gap analysis and documenting ‘as-is’ versus ‘to-be’ state using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis, identifying current and future state designs, documenting stakeholder feedback, analyzing business needs and requirements, and process mapping.
