Work You’ll Do
Provide software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Provide support for all phases of the software development lifecycle utilizing Software Development Life Cycle methodologies for project implementation, including preparation, business blue printing, realization, go-live, and post go-live support. Utilize major software platforms, and create custom coding artifacts using various programming languages. Build, deploy, and maintain customized tools or software to modernize legacy application architecture. Evaluate technology needs, develop customized applications, and draft technical and functional design documentation; identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Research user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, and pseudo code, utilizing Adobe XD, Figma, MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visual Studio Code (VS Code), and Notepad ;
- Conducting unit testing of web services and web applications using UiPath, Postman, jQuery, and Selenium;
- Creating web applications by leveraging HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Java, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL to provide service and data to users;
- Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visualizations of data trends, and data models by employing PowerBI, Oracle APEX, MS Excel, and Access in order to support business and functional requirements within the Manufacturing, Technology, Insurance, Retail, or Government industries;
- Creating technical design and unit test case documents to track test cases and issues utilizing UiPath, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Azure DevOps (ADO);
- Designing and developing applications using Oracle APEX, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle SQL Developer, MS SQL Developer, VS Code, Azure, Eclipse, and Firebase to meet functional needs for software applications;
- Performing data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development through use of MS Excel, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Database; and
- Working with a team of developers to both produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process, utilizing Jira, ServiceNow, ADO, Smartsheet, and MS Excel.
