Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Designing and developing applications, using C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, JavaScript, and Microsoft (MS) tools, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Pages, to meet functional needs for software applications;
• Utilizing use case, user stories, features, and flow diagrams to convert business requirements into development models;
• Developing and launching automation solutions, using Selenium and MS Power Automate;
• Deploying applications from lower environments to higher environments, using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and PowerShell scripts;
• Performing software development using Agile methodology, leading SCRUM meetings and creating storyboards and sprint boards;
• Designing and maintaining dashboards for business metrics, using Power BI and MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS);
• Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployment, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, utilizing Jira and Azure DevOps; and
• Designing and developing complex data models leveraging MS tools, SQL Server and Dataverse.
