Work You’ll Do
Drive software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities; understand business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, and coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Drive test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing HP ALM 11.52, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheets;
• Reviewing test cases and performing tests including unit test, System Integration Tests (SIT), functional test, regression, and smoke tests of Java, .Net, SAP applications, and customized portals built on Salesforce;
• Designing test plans and drafts and executing test cases using HP ALM 11.52, Salesforce Agile Accelelator, JIRA, IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM), and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS);
• Performing testing of sub-components of larger application systems, integrating the applications with each other, and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing HP ALM 11.52, IBM RQM, Microsoft TFS, JIRA, and Azure DevOps;
• Performing Americans Disabilities Act (ADA) testing and Extract Transform Load (ETL) testing for customer facing portals and their connection to backend systems solutions;
• Conducting defect prevention meetings and tracking defects using HP ALM 12.55, Salesforce Agile Accelelator, IBM Rational Clear Quest, HP Quality Center11, Microsoft Test Management, JIRA, Azure test plan, and Azure DevOps;
• Creating test scripts, plans and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing HP ALM 11.52, Salesforce Agile Accelelator, IBM RQM Microsoft TFS, JIRA, and Azure DevOps; and
• Performing analysis and testing of interfaces using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) 2012, MySQL Workbench, SoapUI, and Postman.
