Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the components in the design. Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations and urgent issues utilizing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
- Converting legacy data according to current system’s data structure using data warehouse concepts, including Heroku, Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Workbench, Salesforce Data Explorer, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and REST API integrations;
- Delivering and deploying custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, Unit Testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment, utilizing Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Salesforce Lightning Flow Process Automation, Salesforce Process Builder, GitHub, Salesforce Trailhead, and Salesforce Workbench;
- Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Word, and Lucidchart;
- Performing root cause analysis and documenting results using Atlassian Jira, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, and ServiceNow;
- Recommending, designing, and implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions;
- Developing and launching automation solutions using Salesforce Flow Builder, Salesforce Process Builder, and Salesforce Apex; and
- Utilizing User Story, Use Case, User Interface (UI) Mockup, Mind Map, and User Journey Flow diagrams to convert business requirements into development models.
