Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Architect in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions for information technology projects. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process for information technology projects; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Workday Cloud implementation methodology to manage design and development for Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;
• Participating in technical teams in order to architect, build and deploy multi-cloud solutions Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance to support enterprise clients;
• Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress utilizing Smartsheet and Microsoft (MS) SharePoint;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions using Workday integration cloud, Workday Studio, Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT), and Pack-aged Integration Connectors;
• Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Workday cloud platform; and
• Participating in teams in designing solutions within cloud infrastructures using Workday Cloud platform.
