Basic Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Risk Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Geography, Geospatial Intelligence, GIS, Water Resources Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas - water resource management, geospatial analytics, GIS consulting, or environmental engineering.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Demonstrated problem solver and ability to co-create within a dynamic team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools.
- Proficiency in the Esri ArcGIS suite of software (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online)
- Working knowledge of relational database managements systems
Preferred:
- Graduate degree
- One of more relevant certifications
- Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise (Server / Portal) and Server extensions including Workflow Manager for ArcGIS, GeoAnalytics Server and GeoEvent Server
- Maintain and support application(s) according to changing business/mission requirements
- Experience developing geospatial related applications in multiple languages/ protocols
