Work you’ll do / Responsibilities

  • Support for client methodology, process, and related procedures.
  • Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.
  • Creation and maintenance of a Test Plan document and capturing this information in an approved tool such as Rational Team Concert.
  • Creation and maintenance of Test Cases for each user story or defect or issue or incident in an approved tool such as Rational Team Concert.

Each test case is trackable and traceable in the context of a user story / defect / issue / incident.

  • Capturing test results corresponding to each test case mentioned above.
  • Regression Testing
  • Provide test reports for established periodic project tracking meetings and on adhoc basis.
  • Support Quality Assurance process and procedures to build a high-quality application.
  • Test application compliance with client security requirements and identify gaps.
  • Deliver Enterprise Lifecycle documentation as needed per the project schedule.
  • Train client staff in test scripts, continuous integration or other work areas that contractor has performed, as needed.

The Team

Human Services Transformation

Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.

We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need.

Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do more with less, and rethink the way they deliver services.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline;

or equivalent experience

  • 3 years’ experience in Test Process Management, Test Design, & Test Planning
  • 3 years’ experience in Test Execution, functional testing, API Testing, UI Testing, SoapUI
  • Experience with one or more leading functional testing tools such as UFT, ALM, and IBM Rational
  • Experience with SDLC methodology, process and related procedures
  • Experience of working in health and human services project including integrated eligibility, SNAP / TANF, Medicaid Eligibility Determination projects, Child Care, and long term supports and services
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations : Gilbert, AZ;

Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client / project travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience of working in health and human services project including integrated eligibility, SNAP / TANF, Medicaid Eligibility Determination projects, Child Care, and long term supports and services
