Work you'll do
The Office of the CISO Operations Manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of strategic and operational initiatives across the Office of the CISO's organization. This person will have extensive interaction with all levels of internal management as well as other teams in ITS, requiring discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to act promptly and follow through in response to requests.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the management of program and portfolio initiatives and projects, including managing objectives, timelines, risks, discrepancies, and dependencies; with a specific focus on strategic efforts across ITS Cyber Security
- Provides strategic and consultative services to Office of the CISO leaders as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert by providing objective, practical and relevant ideas, insights and advice to leadership
- Provides operational assistance with metrics and performance goals of the Cyber Security group.
- Assist the Leaders to develop presentations and materials for internal and external group distribution.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of executive and leadership meetings, working sessions and workshops
- Work with key stakeholder groups to maintain relationships
- Liaise with senior leadership across businesses and geographies
- Provide in depth analysis on metrics that matter for projects, resources, financials, and programs
- Maintain and create content for Cyber Security Intranet site, quarterly newsletters, and internal communications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst or System Analysis experience is preferred
- Microsoft Office skills needed, strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including agile development and testing
- Must have strong analytical abilities, negotiation/presentation skills
