Work you'll do
As a Solution Consultant (IAM), SailPoint IIQ Developer, you will:
• Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
• Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM applications.
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
• Build custom workflows and connectors for SailPoint IIQ solutions.
• Evaluate and support complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
• Responsible to install, integrate and maintain one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Sailpoint IIQ, Oracle OIM, or ForgeRock in a client environment.
• Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.

Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals.
All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,000 to $170,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
- 3 years of experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML.
- 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Experience with directory management
- LDAP/Active Directory solution and/or experience with virtual directory solutions like Radiant Logic and or Oracle (OIM) products
- Experience supporting SailPoint IIQ including monitoring tasks, initiating certifications and executing reports.
- Experience building custom connectors on the backend. (SailPoint/Java/Oracle)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role clearance required.
- Travel up to 15%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Previous identity analytics experience
- Experience in consumer identity and directory services
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , CEH, CISSP)
