Salesforce Technical Trainer

Work you'll do
- Design, support, and identify digital and on demand training
- Participate in the design and foundation of the training curriculum, materials, and plans
- Contribute to the development and responsible for the implementation of the training environment in Salesforce including but not limited too: user access, identification of training scenarios and data requirements, business requirements and ensuring data setup

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 2 years of full time experience within the last 10 years supporting a training team for one or more IT implementation projects
- Experience training or participating in one or more IT implementation project having a minimum of 5,000 users
- Application and computer based training experience
- Salesforce customization knowledge
- Experience creating training materials and participating in training analysis and training development
Preferred:
- Data Architecture experience
- Salesforce Certified
- Experience working in a cloud based learning environment
- Digital design experience
