Job Description

We're looking for people that help co-lead token economics design tasks. The ability to analyze a protocols token economics, familiarity with token distributions & how they're structured, and value accrual models are a must.

Job Responsibilities


This role covers a multitude of responsibilities, primarily you will be:


  • Conduct crypto economic and industry research
  • Project manage engagements, including the management of internal and external stakeholders and coordination of deliverables production
  • Prepare client deliverables including memorandums, presentations, and quantitative analyses
  • Assist in the cross selling of additional Delphi services
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Basic Qualifications


  • 1 years of experience analyzing crypto & crypto design mechanisms 
  • Direct crypto experience preferred, although individuals with strong consulting experience in other sectors will be considered
  • Comfortable building financial/economic models
  • Can succinctly summarize their viewpoints orally or in writing


Preferred Qualifications


  • 2 year of banking and/or consulting experience
  • Background in economics and finance
  • Proficiency with simulations and LaTeX are a big
  • Comfortable with working in an agile environment and product-oriented workflow
