Fixed Income Trading Agreement Documentation Specialist
Location: New York (Hybrid)
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious Tier 1 Investment Bank within their Fixed Income division as part of our Post Trade Services Team. You will be working as part of the fast-paced Front Office Risk team which sits within the clients Business Control Unit Team. The candidate must have previous experience working with trading agreements such as: ISDA, Prime Brokerage agreements, Futures agreements, MRA’s, GMRA’s and MSLA’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contractual terms of existing client trading documentation such as ISDA Master Agreements, ISDA Credit Support Annex (CSA), Listed Derivatives and Clearing, Repurchase Agreements, Securities Lending, Prime Brokerage and other associated trading agreements.
- Conduct review of trading documentation and present specific contractual terms to internal senior stakeholders.
- Liaise with external council on targeted document reviews.
- Coordinate and build relationships with multiple teams such as sales and trading, risk management, credit, legal, compliance and operations.
- Respond to various ad hoc risk management queries.
- Aid with improving data accuracy across all client trading agreements.
Qualification and Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand challenging workflows
- Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience:
- Degree in Law
Expectations regarding hybrid working:
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. For this initial role, the client requires the candidate to be in a minimum of 3 days a week. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
Salary Range:
Associate: $70,000-$90,000
AVP: $90,000-$135,000
