Job Summary
To support the company's marketing, philanthropic and public relations departments while ensuring the implementations of the company's overall brand management and communications goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Work with marketing team on planning and execution of marketing strategy for marketing department and overall company.
- Work with marketing team to research, draft, proofread and edit traditional and digital marketing materials for internal and external communication channels.
- Manage and administer company's philanthropic giving programs. Build and foster relationships with non-profit community partners.
- Oversee social media and work with marketing team on content creation, monthly planning, and company engagement.
- Assist with corporate sponsorship partners to ensure fulfillment and activation of all program assets and benefits.
- Provide support to Director of Marketing with client entertainment, event planning, employee engagement and varied marketing tasks.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications
Position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field and five years' experience in the field of marketing and/or communications. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Requires strong analytical skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; skilled at managing multiple projects with competing deadlines; the ability to solve complex problems using independent judgment and think creatively; schedule flexibility.

Salary : $82,100 - $104,000
