Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with providers and dental office staff in assigned territory.
- Recruit and develop provider participation in current and prospective provider networks to meet individual and team goals.
- Represent DDWA as point of contact for dental associations, society conventions, and other public relations forums
- Coordinate aspects of all dental conventions and provider workshops scheduled
- Conducts Quality Management follow-up; coordinate grievance information, including contact with office and record retrieval and resolution follow-up
- Report on trends, questions, and inquiries along with recommendations for improving provider experience.
- Works with Utilization Management (UM) leadership to recommend practice management tools to facilitate effective plan administration and adherence to Quality Management and Waste, Abuse, Verification, and Education (WAVE) programs.
- Conduct training for new DeltaCare clinics and audits of participating managed care and other providers in coordinate with UM/WAVE.
- Educate and train offices on new products, system improvements, and conduct onsite dental reviews

- Outstanding project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel Statewide approximately 25% - 50% of the time.
- Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently with internal and external partners supporting provider and corporate initiatives.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Must provide and maintain reliable vehicle and adequate automobile insurance
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
