Job Summary
Performs claims system, staff, and procedural audits to comply with DDPA guidelines and processes. Develops reports and provides staff training to maintain compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three to five years' experience working in an audit environment or claims. Associate degree, technical, vocational, or business school degree is preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires advanced knowledge of claim processing; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications; strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the ability to resolve problems using independent judgement.
