Responsibilities:
Management and oversight of all DMI recording studios and rehearsal spaces.
Management and oversight of campus and community live sound production events related to DMI.
Maintenance of departmental inventory.
Training and management of student audio staff.
Maintain archives of departmental media.
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree or professional certificate in entertainment industry studies, business, recording arts, music, music technology, or related discipline required.
Professional-level knowledge of the music and entertainment industry and the recording and live event environments.
Knowledge of and proficiency with professional analog and digital audio equipment.
Avid Pro Tools software certified user.
Experienced in setting up and running multi-track recording sessions.
Experienced in setting up and running live sound reinforcement events.
Baccalaureate degree or professional certificate in entertainment industry studies, business, recording arts, music, music technology, or related discipline.
Professional-level knowledge of the music and entertainment industry and the recording and live event environments.
Knowledge of and proficiency with professional analog and digital audio equipment.
Avid Pro Tools user.
Baccalaureate degree or professional certificate in entertainment industry studies, business, recording arts, music, music technology, or related discipline required.
Professional-level knowledge of the music and entertainment industry and the recording and live event environments.
Knowledge of and proficiency with professional analog and digital audio equipment.
Experienced in setting up and running multi-track recording sessions.
Avid Pro Tools software certified user.
Experience with SSL Duality and Avid S6 recording consoles.
Experience with X32, Wing, and Midas Pro 2 live sound consoles.
Salary:
12 monthCommensurate with experience, qualifications, and universitys resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree or professional certificate in entertainment industry studies, business, recording arts, music, music technology, or related discipline.
Professional-level knowledge of the music and entertainment industry and the recording and live event environments.
Knowledge of and proficiency with professional analog and digital audio equipment.
Avid Pro Tools user.

Baccalaureate degree or professional certificate in entertainment industry studies, business, recording arts, music, music technology, or related discipline required.
Professional-level knowledge of the music and entertainment industry and the recording and live event environments.
