Store Manager

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. If you are passionate about sales and have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, we want to hear from you! You will need automotive passion and experience to be considered as viable.

Duties:
- Achieve our mission: "Provide the best automotive care, in terms of the customer!"

-Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and achieve company-wide goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and senior management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software

-Extremely experience on computers and technology
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Experience in sales management

- Automotive repair experience is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
