INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

(JUNE-AUGUST)


What You Will Do:

In this role, you will learn a variety of critical skills in high demand in the marketplace and gain valuable experience. Quick learners will contribute to live client engagements!


Choose your team:


  • CAT (Creative Strategy) - you will join a team of professionals who specialize in creative automation and asset management. You will learn how to develop and integrate tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, including Figma/Airtable/Coda plugins and image transformation tools and API. Also you can get experience in migrating assets to digital asset management systems using API and providing other services to enhance clients’ workflows.
  • Creative- you will learn basic fundamentals of design and be introduced to the digital landscape and how creative ties into it. You will also learn how Google Creative Studio works and finish the week with a certification in Google Creative.
  • Data Science  - you will continue to enhance your knowledge of how to develop and apply various machine learning models (e.g., classification, regression, supervised, unsupervised, etc.). These models can help predict, for example, which consumers are most likely to convert or churn from a client’s services, or what is the predicted Lifetime Value of a recently acquired consumer. You will work in cutting-edge Cloud environments (GCP, Azure and AWS) and mostly utilize Python and SQL languages.
  • Direct Marketing - you will work in a team that strategizes, deploys and optimizes marketing automation platforms and CRM including salesforce.com to support full-funnel marketing campaigns along customer journeys.
    • Engineering -  you will delve deeper into research, development, delivery, and support of cutting-edge software solutions across all areas of Delve. Engineering team is a thriving place of engineers, developers, analysts & managers which supports both internal and customer projects, enhancing Delve prosperity at being technology integrator and data-driven media consultancy.
    • Marketing Analytics - you will learn how to transform, analyze and visualize data to support marketing efforts for clients by delivering actionable insights based on data. You will ingest, clean and integrate the data; build and maintain reports and dashboards, support creating measurement and testing plans. You will use many tools and platforms like Google Looker Studio, Funnel.io, Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, BigQuery and Google Analytics – helping not only clients, but other members of the DELVE family.
    • Media Planning  - you will learn the basics of media planning by assisting in the research, creation and buying of media plans as well as managing and reporting throughout the lifecycle of the campaign. You will assist with aspects of creative operations inclusive of (but not limited to) gathering creative specs, communicating with client contacts to receive and deliver creative assets, and receiving client approval on creative deliverables. This is great role for someone who is interested in getting exposure to a wide variety of tactics across direct deals and internal Programmatic, SEM, Paid Social and Marketing Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and enjoy working with numbers as well as building relationships with media partners and our internal activation teams.
    • Paid Search & Paid Social - you will learn how to develop, manage, execute and optimize search engine and social advertising campaigns for a variety of clients across different platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta and TikTok. In addition, how to analyze positive or negative trends across all channels using tools including Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Data Studio, and Semrush.
    • Programmatic Media - you will learn how to find the best application of client’s media budget, either for brand awareness (so potential customers recognize the brand) or for a performance campaign (driving customers to subscribe, buy, donate, register or another desired action.) As for tools and platforms, you will work with a Demand Side Platform (DSP) that helps manage the ads and connect to the right publishers and audiences. We use Google DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD) and Amazon DSP.
    • Web Analytics - you will learn how to manage large end-to-end web analytics implementation projects. You will be working closely with multiple business units to define analytics implementation strategies, processes, roadmaps, timelines, and reporting frameworks as we continue to grow our Web Analytics team. You will use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to implement processes.
    • Technology - you will learn about SaaS and the partners Delve works with to access leading technology in the industry. This team leads Delve’s clients’ technology adoption and support, providing the latest product updates, solutions, and opportunities. They aim to be the experts that advertisers call first with any questions about technology.

              What You Bring:

              • University Degree (obtained or about completion) with transcripts showing excellent performance in quantitative/technical courses (e.g. marketing, math, statistics, computer science, marketing, graphic design, etc.)
              • Ability to communicate effectively in words (strong command of English), conceptual diagrams, illustrations, and/or mathematical formulas as relevant to the task at hand.
              • Ability to think quantitatively and work with numbers.
              • Ability to translate data into clear and tangible insights that drive recommendations.
              • Digital marketing background - will be an advantage.
              • Data analysis skills and reporting skills - will be an advantage.
              • Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools and MS Excel - will be an advantage.


              What DELVE Offers:

              • Salary: $20/hour.
              • 40 Hours per week with overtime eligibility.
              • 3 month  internship employment (June-August) with potential to be hired to full-time permanent.
              • Hours of work 8am - 5pm.
