Web Analytics SME
Objective of the Role:
Web Analysts are the SMEs for DELVE’s internal team, clients, and tech partners; having a deep understanding of AdTech used and sold by DELVE. Finding and digesting complex technical information to develop custom (or identify existing solutions) that solve for individual business cases and bring net-new value. Using strong technical intuition, you will challenge status-quo with your ideas and new solutions; focusing on driving DELVE’s technical excellence.
Principal Duties:
- Technical Support and Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance in response to customer inquiries, assisting them in understanding and utilizing the products, services, and solutions effectively.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Assist Google Analytics (GA4) 360 customers in troubleshooting technical issues, resolving problems, and providing solutions. When issues cannot be resolved independently, escalate tickets appropriately to ensure a timely, accurate and satisfactory response in accordance with SLA.
- Providing Product or Service Information: Provides detailed and accurate information about the features, functionality, pricing, and availability of the company's offerings, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Support Technology Partner Requirements: Collaborate with Delve’s technology partners’ personnel; sharing product feedback, supporting partnership technical requirements and leading product support ticket escalation.
- Content Creation and Review: Contribute to the creation and review of content related to the technology. Develop technical documents, whitepapers, training materials, articles, or research papers. Ensure that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the current practices and advancements in their field.
- Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and advancements in the field. Сonduct in-depth research, analyze data, and evaluate industry-specific information to provide informed insights and recommendations. Support new beta projects. Investigating implementation requirements, integration capabilities, and best practices to identify high-value technical opportunities that can drive business results and ensure best-case activation.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, workshops, or educational materials to enhance the knowledge and skills of customers and internal teams. Create learning resources, conduct assessments, and provide coaching to individuals or groups.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Experience selling, implementing, or managing at an expert level for the platforms listed below. Experience with 2 or other relevant platforms that aren’t listed are a plus.:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Basic knowledge of web development:: HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- Highly skilled in effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
- Have a natural desire to learn everything possible about a given system, and will question not just what something is, but why it works in the way it does.
- Solutions focused, self motivated, good under pressure and challenge enabled.
Preferred qualifications:
- A/B testing or CRO experience: Optimizely or VWO
- Experience developing technical documentation

Salary range for this position is 10,000-15,000 PLN gross plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
