About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer success driven Managed Services Consultant who dives into highly engaged customer projects hands-on to help drive outcomes and implement strategic vision. This role will join our managed services practice within our Services team to help customers build and maintain successful ABX programs leveraging the numerous valuable features of Demandbase One.  

You will actively make suggestions to improve results and deepen adoption while demonstrating professional customer service, strong empathy for sales and marketers and understanding of the ABM journey. The goal of the Demandbase Managed Services practice is to develop relationships with customers, identify areas of improvement, and be an extension of the customer team to drive outcomes.

The base compensation range for this role is: $60,751 - $126,000

What you’ll be doing:

As part of our Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for helping drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and renewals. This will be accomplished by:

  • Customer-facing role responsible for helping drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and renewals
  • Provide understanding of Demandbase One Platform and how it integrates into the overall B2B marketing tech stack. 
  • Responsible for assisting customers with business and technical requirement definition through subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborate with customer to define positive business outcomes and become integral part of their team’s success
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers within a variety of industries at different levels of sophistication.
  • Leverage experience to manage client expectations, provide valuable insight and deliver top notch client service
  • Proactively manage client projects and expectations while delivering exemplary customer service. Meet or exceed the customer’s expectations of knowledge and professionalism. 
  • Have experience & knowledge in campaign management, B2B advertising, and best practices of account-based marketing strategy.
  • Become an expert on all Demandbase products and have a thorough working knowledge of partner technologies that customers leverage in their ABM/MarTech stack.
  • When required, provide detailed reporting and analysis to customers with prescriptive recommendations on next best action.
  • Track and maintain accurate client records and hit key engagement milestones using FinancialForce and/or Salesforce 
  • Supporting customer office hours and internal enablement as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing, agency or marketing operations role.
  • Exceptional presentation and leadership skills with aptitude for business analysis. 
  • At least 3 years consulting experience integrating Sales and Marketing technology including all of the following:
    • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
    • SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, FreshSales or other B2B CRM applications
    • Experience in the area of Salesforce automation (SFA), Lead Management and Marketing
    • MAP (Marketing Automation Platform)
    • Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, FreshMarketer, Silverpop, Act-on or related B2B focused MAP
    • Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, lead nurturing and campaigns automation
