e3 Diagnostics is looking for a Data Specialist to assist multiple teams out of our corporate office in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for multiple departments (IT, Marketing, Service, Master Data, Customer Service, etc.)
- Data entry using multiple spreadsheets simultaneously.
- Document development-create and/or update standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation.
- Collaboration with multiple managers and teams daily.
- Recommend methods for operational efficiency to drive business results.

- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data specialist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particular emphasis within Excel.
- Attention to detail, highly organized.
- Experience with heavy data/file management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the ability to take and follow directions from multiple work groups.
- Excellent organizational, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
