Overview
Responsible for managing and improving the delivery of HR Services to Demant. Reporting to the Director, HR Transformation, the HR Operations Lead will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer support while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retirement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HR service delivery model, including overseeing the HR Service Desk, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR inquiries and requests while managing the HR knowledge library and self-service portals.
- Manage and continuously improve the delivery of HR services, ensuring services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- In collaboration with HR Analytics Lead, track, maintain, and report HR service levels in accordance with agreed KPIs.
- Enable operating excellence by identifying and implementing HR process improvements, leveraging system enhancements and automation where possible.
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR stakeholders on HR system utilization and process steps to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and analyze HR system data and integration issues and deficiencies; identify root cause and recommend solutions.
- Oversee on/off-boarding process, ensuring all employees have a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Vendor and contract management for services provided by HR Operations function.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing HR service delivery models, including HR service desks and self-service portals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR issues to a diverse audience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other HR leaders to align HR processes and procedures with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR service delivery or related field
