Overview:
Long-time industry leaders, Consult YHN and EarQ, merged to create CQ Partners in December 2021. CQ Partners works with Private Practices, ENT Practices, and Hospitals and Universities to grow practices, develop providers as leaders, and help them connect with patients in need of hearing care. To support this goal, CQ Partners executes on its four pillars of value: patient-generating marketing, next-level business support, operational excellence, and strategic partners and programs.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to Associates to sell hearing aids, batteries and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to engaged and unengaged associates to increase sales

Answer inbound calls from Associates to receive orders and answer questions

Develop thorough understanding of manufacturers' products

Write orders taken on calls

Follow-up on backorders

Handle requests by accounts

Provide daily customer service to assigned associates

Managed assigned portfolio of Accounts

Document all Sales activity in CRM

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Inside Sales Supervisor

Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA Federal guidelines and CQ Partners policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience with emphasis in phone sales

Strong telephone presentation and written communication skills

Commitment to high ethical and professional standards of conduct

Must be persistent, decisive, challenging, and resourceful during the sales process

Must have a strong customer-focused attitude and manage all customer relationships with a high degree of commitment

Ability to self-motivate

Detail oriented with superb organization skills

Documented sales success and history
EDUCATION:
- Associates Degree (two year college or technical school) preferred
