About us
We are located in Deming, NM and have been serving clients locally and the surrounding areas for over thirty years. Our clinic is very fast paced and our primary goal is to work together as a team to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and care for their pets.
Our clinic is seeking an experienced, organized and compassionate individual for the position of Front Desk Receptionist with a High School diploma. It is a full time position and does not require the applicant to have extensive experience; however, it is preferred the applicant be knowledgeable of the position and be familiar with basic veterinary terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledges clients as they enter the clinic.
- Answers and directs incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Answers general client inquiries regarding their pets' procedures and care.
- Schedules and confirms appointments.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Communicates with the Doctor, Vet Assistant and Vet Tech.
- Handles payment transactions.
- Communicates with Office Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.72 - $18.93 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
