Requirements:
- Clear, energetic and warm phone voice
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Team player with positive attitude, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Computer Skills
- A criminal background check will be performed for all final candidates
- Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen
- References will be checked
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Open and maintain case files
- Provide a brief synopsis of client concerns
