What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at DemKota Ranch Beef?
What You Will Be Doing:
- Stack, palletize, organize, and move boxes of product with a forklift according to orders
- Ensure all products are shipped correctly to our customers worldwide
- Analyze problems and recommend solutions as part of normal day to day activities.
- Record and report information as required.
- Manage loss prevention policies and good manufacturing procedures
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of issues.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong organizational interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit and lift up to 80lbs
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and stooping, as needed.
- Forklift operations experience
- Must be able read, write and speak English.

- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
· Frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
