The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is looking for a Regional Community Activation Director to play a key role in our relational organizing efforts in targeted time zones. You will direct a team of organizers to recruit, train, and manage teams of volunteers to execute the campaign’s relational organizing and events program. This program will drive daily relational voter contact, relational capacity building, and volunteer led community events.
Ideally, you thrive in fostering a culture of excellence and setting high goals across various time zones. You’ve got a proven history of guiding and mentoring teams to achieve ambitious targets. You specialize in cultivating strong relationships and establishing robust processes.

Salary: The salary for this position is $78,000, on an annualized basis. This is a full-time position that may require work on weekends and has an end date of November 15, 2024. This is an exempt position.
