JOB SUMMARY: As a General Manager you will provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of your restaurant. You will be responsible for overall restaurant operations, hiring and training your staff, budgeting, food orders, labor costs, and ensure that all food is cooked to order and brand standards. The position reports to the District Manager and may supervise up to 35 employees with direct responsibility for all operations.
SKILLS NEEDED: Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
Restaurant Managers are responsible for running a shift. Must have excellent customer service and have good overall knowledge of restaurant operations.
