Job Description
Highly regarded full-service insurance defense firm with a nationwide presence is currently seeking a litigation support appellate attorney to join their team. This position is on site at their Hollywood, Florida office. To be considered, candidates will need to have substantial civil litigation support and appellate experience and the ability to handle numerous projects at once. Duties will include providing litigation support, some of which will be on an emergency basis, preparing appellate and trial briefs, arguing appeals and attending hearings and trials as needed. About the Role:
- Must have a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in appellate law
- Must have substantial civil litigation support experience
- Must have a Florida bar license in good standing
- Must have the flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, researching skills, problem-solving, strong organizational and time-management skills
