We provide auto hail repair services for all makes and models including imports, performed by highly trained, certified technicians.
Weather can be unpredictable and damages to our customer's vehicles are inevitable when it comes to hail. As a Claims Writer you get to investigate damages and find the right solution for each customer.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers in person, telephone & email, investigate insurance policy coverage, interpret rental agreement information and document activity on each claim to resolve as quickly and accurately as possible
- Correspond with claimant and/or insurance company(s); and inspects vehicle damage to determine extent of company's liability, varying method of investigation according to type of insurance
- Accurately gather claim information from renter, 3rd party and rental branch staff
- Notify renter of claim via e-mail, post mail and/or telephone
- Coordinate claims with Sales Representatives, Office Manager and/or Fleet Manager
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Your Qualities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License
- Insurance Claims Adjuster/Writing experience
- Experience in car sales, auto body shop or insurance claims adjusting/writing
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to assist or work at other locations as needed
- Excellent work ethic; willing to take on multiple tasks
- Great attention to detail, accuracy and strong analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Pay is commensurate with experience.
