Primary day-to-day responsibility for the financial success and day-to-day operations of the business within a defined geographical or operational area. Oversee how effectively and efficiently the office operations are administered. This is accomplished by management of local scheduling and real-time operations that facilitate the maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve patient satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals. This applies not only to monitoring clinical productivity and leadership development but job satisfaction and retention as well.

Essential Functions
- Implements change, drives best business practices, improves efficiencies and effectiveness and presents strategies among all
departments as a consultant for our operations and leadership team
- Work with multiple supported practices and managers within the region, coordinate in practice visits and operations; including
a quarterly review with the Manager and Orthodontist
- Support Orthodontist in their growth and development, help them set goals, and address opportunities in the practice
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the structure and processes of the entire company in order to give sound advice
and guidance to the Executive Committee.
- Implement the Dental Depot systems, protocols, structure and culture in all Dental Depot offices
- Manages and oversees daily office operations, including doctors and administrative and clinical staff, patient interactions,
scheduling, and short-term office planning.
- Establish clear guidelines for management’s response to needs/concerns expressed by employees, Dentist, or patients.
- Identify and coordinate training within Dental Depot for employees.
- Work with Management Team to ensure that employee performance reflects the Dental Depot standards set forth by the Co-
CEO and COO.
- Maintain the patient care 1st initiative in all processes and systems implemented. Coordinate response to patient care concerns
and/or complaints. Identify and work to correct deviations from delivery of Dental Depot best practices.
- Coordinate with Human Resources to provide a smooth transition into full or part time employment with Dental Depot.
- Assists in the development of administrative and clinical training materials and programs
- Conducts yearly performance evaluations for Orthodontic Staff
- Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly office performance, giving positive feedback and overseeing disciplinary action or
employee terminations following company protocol
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Prepares and delivers timely administration of all paperwork and reports
- Continuously monitors and oversees office budgets with a focus on staffing and resource allocations
- Supports the Dental Depot mission and vision statements by providing a positive example for staff
- Communicates respectfully and courteously with patients, vendors, and employees.
- Proficiently uses conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques to assist Orthodontics Office Managers in managing
interpersonal office conflict and patient complaints
- Ability to travel occasionally with some overnight stays
- Strong organizational skills
- Increases knowledge and skills through self-study and other education
- Works closely with the Dental Office Manager to develop referral systems within the practices.

Work Environment (Clinical Staff)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to typical chemicals and fluids and X-Ray radiation associated with working in a dental clinic. The noise level is usually moderate. As the dental practice is heavily dependent on schedule, and the general environment can be busy.
