Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and optimize milling and printing cases according to specifications.
- Prioritize production schedules to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Operate and monitor milling machines and 3D printers to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks on milled cases to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and clean milling machines and 3D printers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow doctors' preferences and laboratory scripts meticulously to meet specific patient needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar programs.
- Experience operating milling machines and 3D printers in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in a dental or medical manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
