We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support our growth.
You will represent the analytical activity in your region. You will empower your regional team with insights. You will help us improve overall data literacy, and ensure the reports and dashboards are used with the highest impact. The global analytics team leads the data infrastructure as well as delivery of key dashboards, your role helps ensure those are used in order to generate insights and support business decisions.
Role and Responsibilities:Â
- Be the key point of contact for your regional team, including for onboarding and training on the reporting tools
- Work closely with the regional teams to understand and focus on analytical needs such as identifying relevant KPIs and delivering actionable insights to decision makers.
- Proactively analyzing sales data to answer key questions from stakeholders
- Investigating and communicating areas of improvement in areas of efficiency and productivityÂ
- Contribute to the users support and data exports for immediate needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
- 5 years experience in mining sales data , building reports, and dashboards ideally in B2B environment
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Strong SQL and Excel skillsÂ
- Ability to learn other analytic toolsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with industry healthcare B2B sales and support teams
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, including numerous teams (infrastructure, development, management, sales, marketing, etc.)
- Strong awareness about data analysis: data literacy, cognitive bias, visualization
