Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dental team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- File and organize documents both electronically and physically
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries or issues
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient file management abilities
- Data entry proficiency with high accuracy
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a medical receptionist is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
