EDI & Product GTM Project Manager

Through our clearinghouse and secure web portals, we process nearly 200 million EDI transactions, consisting of more than 60 million dental claims annually.

The person in this role will work a hybrid schedule, part remote, part in our Ivine, CA office.

EDI & Product GTM Project Manager Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to lead the development and launch of dental EDI products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dental EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes and standards, as well as experience in product GTM (go-to-market) and product commercialization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and ensuring successful product launches.

What you'll be doing as a EDI & Product GTM Project Manager:

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for the launch of dental EDI products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product launches.
• Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define product requirements and oversee the development of product features and functionality.
• Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, including product demos, presentations, and case studies.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and ongoing product performance.
• Ensure compliance with dental EDI standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for product innovation.

What you'll bring to the team as a EDI & Product GTM Project Manager:

• 5 years of experience in project management, product GTM, and product commercialization.
• Deep understanding of dental EDI processes and standards.
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to dental EDI products and services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.

· Starting pay range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually
