Compensation:
$200k W-2 minimum guarantee plus a percentage of adjusted production.
Realistic earnings exceed $250k W-2.
Procedures:
You will quickly be the only dentist in this office. We have someone covering 2 days per week currently, but the goal is for you to be the fulltime permanent fixture in this practice.
Ideal candidates treat simple endo, extractions, and place simple implants.
“Bread and Butter” is the primary need but nearest specialists are in Fort Smith so it is beneficial for patients and the practice to keep more than you refer.
