The Job Opportunity:
You have the opportunity to build equity across the company’s brands – Areté Collective, Denton House, and Thomas Ranch – by building a powerful social media presence that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work collaboratively with the Corporate and Project Marketing teams, as well as across the company, to develop relevant and differentiated social media strategies in line with each brand’s objectives.

- You excel at seeing and painting a visionary picture through social media that helps generate appeal and desire for our offerings. You’re used to implementing successful social media strategies in all situations – some with a wealth of assets to work with and others where creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is essential.
- You collaborate well with others, pivot easily, and have a keen sense of turning information into engaging ideas. You lead with passion and proactivity, have an eye for design, and know how to craft a refined aesthetic.
- Reporting directly to the corporate Marketing Director, you are responsible for creating and managing the social media strategy for the company, including corporate and project brands.
- You set the strategy and manage the process, but work closely with the corporate marketing team and project teams to plan assets. Local teams and graphic designers will support the Social Media Manager to offer graphic assistance and local content as needed.
- This position provides an opportunity to set the framework for the initial team and move up in responsibility as the team grows.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the social media strategy for the company, including Areté Collective, Denton House, and Thomas Ranch
- Create and manage social media content calendar; manage approvals
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Analyze social media data and generate insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; Interior Design or Luxury Real Estate experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail while executing multiple projects
- Highly flexible and accommodating to “start-up” environments
- Autonomous and self-sufficient, can take instruction and easily run with it to completion
- Candidates will be asked to submit previous Instagram profiles they have managed as part of the interview process
