Dentsu Creative’s Editorial Department is seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to support a mass retail client with direct mail programs.
- Supports the Group Account Director in the overall health of the project from beginning to end.
- Works closely with the Senior Project Manager to track and update all product information, asset management, style guides, images, proofs, etc.
- Reviews, tracks and assigns client edits to internal creative team using project management system.
- Proofs revisions for accuracy and completeness.
- Assists with project schedule creation and updating.
- Attends creative presentations to track feedback, new or changing product information, etc.
- Strong editorial skills (grammar, spelling, proofing, copyediting) and ability to learn and maintain a specific style based on a style guide. Copywriting ability a plus.
- 5 years marketing and/or creative project management experience with a strong understanding of creative functions and client relations.
- Understanding of the print production process and/or Asana and Workfront are a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexible problem-solver with ability and interest in finding ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, positive outlook and ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships to build trust and camaraderie.
