You love to partner and collaborate, and you have experience communicating and facilitating project scopes. You can manage a high volume of business in several stages of their delivery and prioritize.
The Account Coordinator position is an essential part of the Account Management Team. Your primary role is to partner with the sales and account management team in providing daily support in pre-sales to post-sales activities. As AC, you must perform multiple tasks for different teams/ clients at the same time. You will help develop strategies that produce leads, perform necessary research, and accomplish tasks that achieve growth for the Retailer. Defining success for an Account Coordinator: Support that enables on time launches, advertiser delight, efficiency across cross– campaign workflows and growth of existing advertiser business.
You will:
Research client base, new prospects that provide deeper insights allowing for higher level strategic conversations
Design and renew sales proposals on behalf of the Account Management Team
Coordinate meetings, calls for the Sales and Account Management Team
Communicate with internal teams to ensure pre and post-sales service
Create detailed reports of post-campaign reports for sales and Account Management Teams
Help perform market and competitive research
Follow the RACi processes in place for Merkle’s Retail Media Network ensuring the needs of the client are met
Aid with systematic campaign billing by reviewing for accuracy
Assist sales team with insights that allow for potential incremental revenue opportunities
CRM hygiene ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting
Update internal databases with account information
Report to the Director of Account Management or assigned Account Management team members
Qualifications
1 years experience working as an Account Coordinator or client services role
(Microsoft in particular) Workflow tools and CRM systems
Strong communication skills with problem solving attitude
Experience working in a team environment whereby partnering, solutioning, meeting deadlines across a designated book of business was your main responsibility
Knowledge of the media and advertising industry is preferred
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $41,600- $50,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
