Job Description
The Media Services teams will plan and serve digital display (or "banner") ads across the web, mobile devices, video content (i.e. YouTube), and social media networks (i.e. Facebook). The purchasing of ad space is managed through Demand Side and Social Media Platforms, where you control the cost and placement of clients' ads. The combination of creativity and strategic mobility associated with digital display ads make them a powerful way for companies to reach potential customers. Media Services Specialists at iProspect focus on the planning, creation, and optimization of digital media across different channels. You will create dynamic advertising strategies by combining your strengths in planning, analysis, and creativity to reach clients' goals.
Responsibilities:
Organize and be responsible for digital media campaign set-up in and management across a variety of vendors and platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, etc
- Develop an industry knowledge, understanding of the advertiser's KPIs and audience strategy, and an understanding of the product offerings within social media and Google ads
- Execute campaign activation
- Manage ad budgets, including allocation of monthly budget and tactic level budget optimizations
- Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Responsible for the aggregation and preparation of mid-flight and end-of-campaign reporting and insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, or related discipline
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing workflows
- Be able to explain complicated concepts to others
- Stay up to date with industry trends and enjoy solving problems
- Well-versed in the core MS Office suite programs and an intermediate to advanced user of Excel including the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables
- Experience working in DSPs, especially DV360, Social Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest) and Google Ads (Performance Max, Google Shopping)
- CPG or Specialty retail media planning experience
- Experience with platforms such as JIRA, Trello, or Placements.io
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $39,000-62,962. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
