Job Description
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Social with an Art background to support our growing Social Creative Lab at Dentsu Creative. You will report to the Executive Creative Director, Social. You love learning how people activate on the Internet. You will lead brands, connect our brands to culture, invent social tactics, and manage the daily progress of projects from start to finish.

- You will make beautiful things for the internet in whatever format is deemed most relevant
- You will create integrated social creative solutions across all platforms
- You will realize the strategic direction and creative vision of the agency
- You will work cross-departmentally to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning, media-coverage-worthy creative work to improve a client’s business
- You will creatively support the use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
- You will champion, refine and provide feedback on the creative process and output while mentoring junior creatives
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience
- Experience creating groundbreaking social campaigns and activations. You love the internet and creating in that space.
- You love mentoring junior talent, need to have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and need to enjoy building relationships with our awesome clients.
- You are a buttoned-up creative that believes in total accountability
- Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $182,850. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
