Job Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager that is responsible for managing and tracking designated workstreams across our Owned Marketing Platforms. The Project Manager is highly organized, efficient and results driven. An expert in digital managing and tracking marketing projects and cross-functional team management, you will be the traffic manager of key decisions -- balancing the tactical needs of the various projects with the communication skills required to handle stakeholder input and shifting realities. As our PM you will spearhead the team’s marketing deliverables and the cross functional relationships within them, inclusive of agency work, product teams, engineering, Geo stakeholders, and partner teams across Global and Geo Consumer Marketing.
The ideal candidate needs to have the skill to both make the right decisions and communicate them convincingly, acting as the project team quarterback that other team members consistently seek out for answers that are fast, authoritative, and correct.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As a member of the broader Global Consumer Marketing org, the Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for our team’s agency partners and Consumer Direct Marketing, Digital Product, NDDC and managing project deliverables (capability roadmaps, product marketing toolkits, and strategic frameworks)
A typical day/week is never the same. You will be looking to manage all activities around the project that ensure on time, on expectation, and on budget projects. No project is created equal but you will use your years of experience to drive your work and the success of the project on a day to day basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
Own the portfolio of all marketing projects across the team, inclusive of scope, schedule, and budget
Spearhead relationship across the team, manager meetings, kickoffs of projects and teardowns.
Manage vendors and project budgets, tracking milestones, updating project trackers, communicating key shifts, being nimble to changing requirements
Work cross functionally across Consumer Direct Marketing to understand and recommend how we best integrate our workstreams into OneMarketing, tracking key dates and gates and relevant deliverables
Understand our owned platforms and the current capabilities and north star vision, so as to communicate what can and cannot work within our ecosystem.
You’ll help enable our team’s in-market success and track KPIs, ensuring the work we drive results in meaningful business outcomes.
You will also work closely with Geo teams to foster a strong flow of communication and open dialogue to understand and deliver on team needs and priorities.
Keep all teams’ projects on track, and summarize updates to Senior Leadership in a clear and concise way.

You will be a member of the Global Owned Marketing Platforms team and will lead a cross-functional offense with partners across Consumer Direct Marketing, Membership, Digital Product, Technology, Stores, Analytics, Privacy and our four Geographies to drive a truly global, enterprise transformation of how we serve Members across the One Company’s Marketplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project or Program Management, inclusive of managing simultaneous budgets and driving projects against an overarching roadmap portfolio. An understanding of how to mitigate risk, see around the corners and troubleshoot potential timeline conflicts ahead
Strong understanding of digital marketing, product marketing & personalization, inclusive of relevant channels: app and dot com, stores and omnichannel marketing.
Experience working with digital products, roadmaps and planning tools & tactics (eg Agile)
Ability to effectively communicate membership strategy, requirements, and capabilities and drive progress with partners across the matrix
Attention to detail and ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous projects
Strong digital literacy with command of Air Table, Smartsheet, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote. Mac proficiency strongly preferred.
