Job Summary
Under general supervision, this position requires a multi-faceted, multi- talented individual with knowledge of commercial finishes. Drywall repair and finish, paint (brush, roll and spray). All commercial flooring repair and installation, (Modular carpet, VCT, SSV, ceramic tile). A background in Water Damage Restoration or Mold Remediation is desirable. Recent documentable experience in at least two of these trades is sufficient to meet minimum requirements.
Education
1. High school graduation or GED required.
2. Trade School / Union Certificate preferred.
Experience
1. Five years’ experience commercial dry walling, painting, and wall coverings required.
2. One year experience commercial flooring required.
Certificates, Licenses and Registration
1. Valid Colorado Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $32.64 per hour
